Processing your own Background Check

  • Make sure any background checks are carried out by National Crime Check (NCC).
  • Ask NCC to send your results directly to us.
  • Note: We allow some non-NCC background checks (and non-NCC VEVO) for dDriver-partners

Background Check timeframe

  • Processing usually takes 1-3 business days. It can take up to 14 business days

Already have a Background Check from NCC?

  • If you’re in Australia and already have your background check:
  • Email us a PDF copy of your background check *Ensure verification codes are visible *Our specialized team will review it within 2 hours

Need to edit you Background Check or VEVO document?

  • Contact NCC directly if you need to make changes
